Where the OAAAQA notes the paramount importance of utilizing the ADRI as the tool for quality control and improvement, NCAT deploys it both to ensure quality and enhance it. It considers the tool as quite appropriate to gain a clear understanding of its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Where the proof helps plan for revisions and set targeted strategies, the subsequent analysis provides crucial data that can be utilized for ongoing improvements, establishing thus the culture of data-driven decision-making.
